Comment: It's a battery so there is only so much to say. These are solid units that power equipment for a good bit of time. It takes alot of work to run through one of these on my A700 dSLR. I have 2 but I've never run through 2 in a whole day and usually if I've moved on to the second battery my arms and eyes are pretty tired as well!!! That is powering the entire system which often has very large telephotos (500mm) that take a great deal of juice to focus. My subject matter is wildlife or sports typically so the focus motor is always whirling but these batteries are solid.

Comment: Very nice battery for the Sony A700. It's a bit expensive but seems to hold its charge pretty well. I estimate that the battery can last a whole day but that would depend on how many shots you fire, review with the lcd screen, and how often you use the built in flash.

I purchased the Sony A220k DSLR camera, to upgrade my photography. Before my camera arrived, I ordered this battery for a spare back up. A friend of mine had ordered a Nikon DSLR and ordered a gernetic(sp)brand spare battery. He was not pleased with it and advised me to order the brand of battery of the camera that I was getting. The price that the seller offered, made it worth my while.

Comment: i bought some low price batteries, which i thought were a decent deal. i bought five. they worked ok in the beginning.
after aprox 5-6 cycles 1 battery was not recognized by the camera. and the others had a short life.li batteries should not crystalize and have a memory.
just keep all the paperwork and packaging until you know you have a good battery. even the real thing can have problems.
