Summary: Very good thing to have

Comment: I should have bought one of these years ago. I had my camera in a much skimpier case and it fell out of my bag and broke. This case is much better padded and the clip lets me attach it to the inside of my bag so it can't fall out. Has room for extra batteries and memory card. I wasn't happy with my Nikon Coolpix camera so I returned it and got a Canon Powershot instead and though the Canon is a bit bulkier than the Nikon it still fits in the case just fine.

Summary: Three stars when used with a Nikon L14

Comment: I bought this case for an L14 and would have rated it a 4 or 5 but for a serious disadvantage - the on/off button presses against the side of the case and the camera sometimes switches itself on. This can run down the batteries or even result in damage to the camera's optical system.

Things I like about this case include:

. The camera fits easily into the case.
. The case has room for extra batteries and memory.
. The belt loop will not slip off a belt by accident.
. The camera stays firmly in the case.
. The padding provides some protection for the camera.
. The case is usable by other cameras in this series.

Things I don't like include:
. The L14 tends to switch on while in the case.
. The case is bulkier than it needs to be.
. The soft case doesn't protect well against protrusions
(such as a table corner).
. I would have preferred a different color such as black.

Comment: The picture and product indicates that the camera strap would be included with the case (every other one is included) and this one did not have the strap.

Comment: This case was just what I hoped it would be. It fits my new camera like a glove, and otherwise is compact and easy to carry.

Comment: Fits my Nikon Coolpix L11 camera perfectly. Small and compact enough to fit in a purse or backpack. I really like that it has an adjustable strap so that it makes it easy to carry and extra pockets to fit a memory card and a few batteries.
