Summary: Not as advertised

Comment: First of all, there is no "built in paint brush" that comes with the package. I thought maybe it's one of those deals where the brush is attached to the underside of the cap, but the cap is just a cap.

Furthermore, the luminescent quality of the paint is very weak. I haven't tried all surfaces, but on paper (not newsprint, just your typical printer paper) and after setting it in sunlight or literally on top of an 180 watt bulb for 10-15 minutes, it does not glow. So much for "recharges in 10-15 seconds".

I might as well have bought a small 2oz bottle of water.
