Summary: AWESOME
Comment: Only two words. Buy it. I mean, it's even convenient in busy Chicago. I'm tellin' ya, if it works here, it works everywhere. It's durable, with awesome quality! It is, as we would say here in Chicago, "Da Camcorder"
Summary: Pretty Decent Camcorder
Comment: I bought one in May 2000. Its pretty good except for the fact that somehow the dubbing is not working. I can play it back fine on my TV but i cant record on a cassette. It might be a problem with my VCR but i will check it out . Overall it is really good quality and a great price.
Editorial reviews:
Panasonic's PV-D209 is the perfect choice for great home videos without a lot of fuss. A sharp color viewfinder gives a true representation of your subject, and a 26x optical zoom and 150x digital zoom provide great flexibility.Panasonic's Digital Electronic Image Stabilization compensates for shakes and jiggles, and the full-size head system produces high-quality images in an easy-to-use VHS format. The PV-D209 also features MotionSensor technology, which initiates recording when motion is detected, and Color Digital Fade for more creative transitions.
